AS Prelim task

AS Main Task " ADDICTED" Opening Sequence

Wednesday 17 March 2010

Because we mainly shot our film in POV shots, we never needed no cast. We decided to film our sequence in POV shots, because we never wanted to give away the indentity of our character, we wanted to keep it secret to intice them into watching more. We had Jesse (Cameraman) to do our breathing and footsteps off screen. The benefits of having no cast were that we never had to wait for them to turn up to shoot, we all had the trust of the members in our group, and knew we would all turn up on the day of filming, however we would not have this trust on a cast. this is also the reason we did not need to audition for cast. this saved time for us and created a relaxed atmosphere without the strees of having to control and direct cast.

the props that we used were just a mobile phone which allowed us to make more use of our surroundings.
